Antagen的慢病毒滴定XpressCard是一种快速侧流免疫分析，可以快速确认包装上清液中有用的慢病毒滴度*。该测试检测释放到包装上清液中的慢病毒胶囊蛋白作为替代标记，以确定病毒产生是否为随后的感染产生可用的滴度。与需要2-3天的常规基于再感染的测定相比，该测定仅需10-15分钟。

*鼓励用户将T线强度与其自身感染系统中的功能滴度相关联，因为不同的细胞类型对慢病毒具有不同的易感性。在上述实施例中，用连续稀释的慢病毒包装的上清液感染HEK293细胞。72小时后，在荧光显微镜下观察表达ZsGreen的细胞。通过含有~2×10 6 IFU / ml的稀释液（通过转染的HEK293细胞的流式细胞术测量）产生暗红线。
我们使用已知滴度的纯化浓缩慢病毒原种的连续稀释来测试我们的XpressCards的灵敏度。结果显示检测限为1×10 5 TU / ml或1×10 4 TU（100μL）。
