已通过兔抗m6A抗体发现和检测到100ng来自Dam+和Dam-大肠杆菌菌株的基因组DNA。
2）
A：Elisa量化不同含量的m6A。兔抗m6A抗体用于捕获抗体和生物素标记的寡核苷酸作为抗原。寡核苷酸均由24个核苷酸组成，其中包括五个N-6-甲基-2-脱氧腺苷（m6A寡寡核苷酸BT）或-脱氧腺苷（阴性对照寡寡核苷酸BT），另外3’- 端被生物素标记。链霉亲和素结合辣根过氧化物酶被用作为检测器。
